Summer is here and it's time to reinvent our makeup looks to match a brand new season! :)
To do this, I use L'oreal's Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadow to create fresh styles on my model, Andrea. (Coming up in just a bit! :))
Why Color Riche Les Ombres anyway? :)
Available in 6 shades and retailing at $22.90 for each palette, Color Riche Les Ombres eyeshadow provides high quality sheen, richly coloured pigments and a myriad of hues at a reasonable price. What I like about it is that the texture of the powder feels very comfortable. It does not flake easily and almost has a mousse-like texture to it. It glides onto the lids effortlessly and looks expensive on the eyes, as the powder is fine and holds very well together. The applicator is also well-designed; it has a blunt as well as a sharp tip- you can blend the colour across the lid or create an eyeliner effect with it.
Many Singaporean women stick to safe colours like brown (and more brown... :p) in their makeup routine. Here's a wearable look which I have created with the Eau De Rose palette. The hues are redder, but not madder. It does however give any woman an edgier look.
I contrasted the tough cookie image with a look that's sweeter with Tropical Tutu palette.
Which look do you prefer? Drop me a comment! :)
Special thanks to L'oreal and Andrea.
