Our Philosophy
We believe that well-being is cultivated from the simplest things- being curious, open to growth and uplifted by good relationships.
Hence, we endeavour to create a safe and inclusive environment for all to partake in the joys of lifelong learning and personal development.
Unique to The Style Atelier, our programmes are focused on
self-culturedness and self-discovery.
Discover your best self here.

Joy Tan

Winner, Shu Uemura Beauty Art Makeup Competition 2016
Joy lectured in tertiary institutions for a decade before she ran The Style Atelier full-time with her partner, Violet. As an accomplished makeup and hair artist, Joy has also worked with many international beauty brands such as Max Factor, Guerlain, Nivea, Revlon, etc, to educate consumers, media and KOLs on the art of beauty.
Joy loves art and in her free time, she explores museums to seek inspirations for her projects.
Violet Chan

Violet started her career in education at the Executive Education arm of Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where she managed the flagship Senior Management Programme. Inspired by the impact of lifelong learning, she went on to lecture in the polytechnics and university for the next ten years.
At The Style Atelier, Violet thrives on sharing her expertise in education, business protocol, as well as professional makeup and hairstyling with clients.
